Sleep is one of the most powerful foundations of our well-being — and one of the first things we sacrifice.

When Ozlo reached out, I was immediately aligned with their mission: helping people rest more deeply through thoughtful sound design and noise-masking technology.

Over two days in the studio, I collaborated with Emmy-nominated composer Dan Teicher to create a custom sleep meditation from the ground up — voice, live instrumentals, and functional frequencies woven together to calm the nervous system and guide you into restorative sleep.
